Fiscal oversight

The WP Accessibility Day budget is discussed and voted on by the team leads for each year’s event. Anyone can volunteer as an organizer and can serve on our finance team.

Bet Hannon, the WP Accessibility Day Board Treasurer, provides budget reports to the organizing team at least bi-weekly while the annual event is being organized. These reports are posted in meeting agendas published in Google Drive and can be viewed outside meetings by any organizer at any time.

Bet also provides quarterly budget P&L reports to the WP Accessibility Day board.
