Preparations for WordPress Accessibility Day 2026, taking place October 7–8, are well underway, and we need your help.
Sponsorship commitments are currently lower than expected, and we are actively seeking sponsors and donors to help ensure the event remains successful, sustainable, and accessible for everyone.
Whether your organization is interested in sponsoring the event or you’d like to make an individual donation, your support helps keep WordPress Accessibility Day free and accessible to attendees around the world.

How your support is used

Your support helps cover essential expenses such as:
- Live captioning
- ASL interpretation
- Video transcription and editing
- Speaker honorariums
- Zoom Events licensing
- Translation into Spanish, French, and German
- Website hosting
- Email marketing
- Operational costs that make the event possible
How you can help
If your company is interested in sponsoring, we have opportunities available at every sponsorship level.
If sponsorship isn’t the right fit, individual donations of any amount are greatly appreciated and help us continue providing high-quality accessibility education to the WordPress community at no cost to attendees.
We accept donations from anyone, and donations are tax-deductible for U.S. citizens.
Thank you for supporting our mission and helping us make accessibility education available to everyone.
