About Jennifer Wjertzoch

I’m a Senior Frontend Engineer at DKB Code Factory, where I work on modern banking applications using Vue 3, TypeScript, and a component-based design system. Together with cross-functional teams, I shape the future of digital financial services through clean, accessible, and maintainable code.

Over time, I’ve developed a deep specialization in web accessibility and ethical interface design. My mission is to ensure that digital products are not only beautiful and performant but also usable by everyone – regardless of ability. I regularly audit internal tools, implement WCAG-compliant solutions, and drive awareness for accessibility through talks, documentation, and coaching.

Before joining DKB, I worked at Jung von Matt TECH, where I helped build immersive brand experiences using React, Node.js, and cutting-edge web technologies. I discovered my passion for tech early through e-commerce, graduated from CareerFoundry, and never looked back.

When I’m not coding, I write about frontend architecture and accessibility, give talks, and explore how AI can enhance inclusive development.

Focus: Accessibility-first frontend development, component architecture, inclusive UX, scalable design systems

Tech stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, Vite, React, Jest, Selenium, Spring Boot
