WP Accessibility Day 2026 is getting closer and there’s still time to be part of the action as a valued event sponsor. But you’ll need to be quick.
Doors close on Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship spots on 1 September, while Bronze and Micro sponsorships close 16 September.
Sponsorship starts at just $150 and is vital to helping this important event reach as many people as possible.
For 5 years, WP Accessibility Day has provided a free opportunity for people around the world to learn how to build an accessible web. Your sponsorship will continue to make this possible.
While we’ve not had as many sponsors sign up as in previous years, this means there’s still an opportunity for your business to show its support for accessibility to a global audience.
Want to show the world your company stands behind free, inclusive education?
Become a WP Accessibility Day 2026 Sponsor.
How your support is used
All funds raised go directly toward operating the nonprofit organization and hosting the annual conference. No board members or event organizers receive financial compensation from the event.
Your support helps cover essential expenses such as:
- Live captioning
- ASL interpretation
- Video transcription and editing
- Speaker honorariums
- Zoom Events licensing
- Translation into Spanish, French, and German
- Website hosting
- Email marketing
- Operational costs that make the event possible

Making the web a more accessible and inclusive place for everyone is something that’s important to our team. We’re proud to support WP Accessibility Day and the community working to make that possible by sharing knowledge, raising awareness, and helping equip more people with the tools to create experiences that work for all.
We’re excited to be part of this effort and encourage others to attend, learn, and contribute in whatever way they can!

Sponsors make WP Accessibility Day possible — through funding ASL interpretation, live captions, and the tools that keep the event free for all attendees.
