If you’ve attended WP Accessibility Day, watched a session, shared a recording, or learned something that helped you make a website more accessible, you already know the value of this event.

Now we’re asking for your help to keep it going.

WP Accessibility Day is free to attend — but it isn’t free to produce.

Last year, 2,297 people from 64 countries joined us. We provide 24 hours of accessibility education along with live captions, ASL interpretation, transcripts, recordings, translations, and speaker compensation.

We don’t charge attendees for any of this. Instead, we rely on sponsors and donations to make it possible. This year, we need your help.

Support WP Accessibility Day

Sponsorship Makes it Possible

We want to keep WP Accessibility Day free and accessible to everyone. We want to keep bringing you the education, conversations, and resources you’ve come to expect.

Sponsorship has been difficult this year, and we need additional support to cover the costs of producing the conference.

There’s Still Time to Sponsor

A Bronze sponsorship is just $500 — a meaningful way to support the event while getting your organization in front of a global audience that cares about accessibility.

And because the event is virtual, your sponsorship can reach thousands of people without the cost of an in-person conference.

Bronze sponsorships are available through September 16, and our sponsors team can fast-track applications as we approach the deadline.

Another option on a smaller budget? Microsponsorships are just $150.

And if sponsorship isn’t right for you, donations of any amount are always welcome.

You’ll be in Good Company

We are grateful to the organizations that have already stepped up to support WP Accessibility Day 2026 — see our current sponsors.

We’d love to add your organization to the list.

Keep WP Accessibility Day Free

Join us in keeping WP Accessibility Day free and accessible for everyone.

Can’t sponsor or donate? Sharing this opportunity with an organization that might be able to help is valuable, too.

We’d like to be here for you again next year.
