Second Melody is supporting WordPress Accessibility Day as a Silver Sponsor for the third consecutive year. The New Jersey branding studio’s continued support helps us bring WordPress accessibility education to the global community.
More Than One Voice
Second Melody helps organizations become unmistakably themselves. That idea shows up in its work – and in its monthly mixtape, each created by a different member of the team, bringing their own tastes, stories, and discoveries to the mix. That same appreciation for different perspectives matters when designing experiences for other people. On the web, people don’t all read, listen, navigate, or interact in the same way. What works well for one person may create a barrier for another.
That’s where accessibility comes in. Good accessible design recognizes those differences and makes room for people who experience and use the web in different ways.
Their work includes campaigns, customer engagement, website design, print and digital materials, as well as developing brand identity. The studio helps clients solve problems and build stronger, more inclusive brands, making the world a more beautiful place.
More than a Sponsor
Second Melody builds websites exclusively on WordPress, so accessibility plays an important role in their work and in the experience they create for people who use those websites.
WordPress Accessibility Day helps designers, developers, content creators, and accessibility specialists gain practical knowledge. By sponsoring WPAD, Second Melody helps make that education available – freely – to the global community.
Their contribution goes beyond sponsoring. In 2023, members of the studio volunteered their time and design skills to help find WPAD’s brand voice, creating the logo, website, and past event T-shirt.
From how WPAD looks to how its accessibility knowledge reaches the community, Second Melody has been part of building an event to make the web more inclusive.
Keep the Tune Going
Different people bring different tracks, and the collection is richer for it.
We’re grateful to Second Melody for the creativity, generosity, and care they bring to the WP Accessibility Day community – and for continuing to make room for more people, more perspectives, and more ways to participate.
Simplified Summary
Second Melody is back for a third year as a Silver Sponsor of WordPress Accessibility Day. From helping shape WPAD’s brand to building WordPress websites with accessibility in mind, their creativity and continued support help make the event—and the web—a more inclusive place.
