About Rose Kivuva
Rose Kivuva is a software developer from Kenya and a passionate accessibility advocate. She was a speaker at WordPress Accessibility Day 2025, where she spoke about the future of AI and accessibility.
Rose enjoys working on technology that is useful, inclusive, and accessible to everyone. Her interest in accessibility has grown through her work in software development and open-source communities, and she believes accessibility should be part of how we build technology from the beginning, not something we add later.
After experiencing WordPress Accessibility Day as a speaker, Rose is excited to return in 2026 as a volunteer and give back to the community that gave her such a meaningful experience
