About Lucy Collins
Lucy Collins is the Owner of Web Usability, a user research agency that helps organisations make fast, confident and inclusive digital decisions through research with real people.
She is also Co-Founder of CollectivAlly, an inclusive user testing platform combining lived experience and AI-powered personas to identify accessibility barriers.
As the second generation of the Collins family to lead Web Usability, Lucy continues the vision established over 25 years ago: using evidence and human insight to create a more equitable online world.
Outside work, she is a mum of two young daughters and has a Golden Retriever, named Zola.
