About Sampada Phadnis
I’m a Senior Product Designer, Certified Usability Analyst, and Full-Stack Designer with extensive experience across Aviation, Healthcare, CRM, and IT Services. I earned my Master’s in User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
At KBR, I’m solving meaningful problems every day and delivering innovative, human-centered solutions. My expertise spans AI-driven product design, user research, usability testing, accessibility, and front-end development.
Beyond work, I volunteer as a mentor on ADPList and recharge outdoors — whether hiking, running, or nurturing my garden. Design fuels my curiosity, but nature keeps me grounded.
