Where do I go to watch?

You can watch and participate on the live stream page (requires login). You should see a link to this page and the Feedback page in your navigation bar after logging in. If you don’t see these, then you may be seeing a cached version of the website. Try clearing your cache.

How do I reset my password?

How do I activate my account?

You should have received an email from the website when you registered with a link to click to activate your account. You may need to check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, tag an organizer on WP Accessibility Day Slack and we can activate your account for you.

I logged in, but I’m still not able to access the live stream or sponsor swag.

Try clearing your cache. We have tried to set up rules to block caching of these pages and the redirects, but some browsers have more aggressive caching than others. Clearing your cache after logging in should resolve this.

How do I get technical help?

If you haven’t already, join the WordPress Accessibility Day Slack. This is a great place to connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors leading up to, during, and after the event. Organizers will be watching Slack on the day of the event, so if you have trouble accessing the live stream, chat, or transcript, this is the best place to tag us.

How can I give you feedback?

You can give us feedback on the feedback page. If you have a concern related to the code of conduct, please use our code of conduct reporting form for a more immediate response.

Will videos be available after the livestream?

Videos will be up after the conference! The final videos will take 3-4 weeks to finish editing and captioning, but the live stream will be available sooner. We’ll send an email when the final videos are published; the stream will be added to our YouTube channel when the event is over.
